1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of ServerDestruction.com and the services provided by Wasteless Group LLC, operating as ServerDestruction.com (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
We coordinate data center decommissioning, data-bearing media destruction, and IT equipment recycling through certified partner facilities and service providers. The scope, method of destruction, schedule and price for each project are confirmed in a written quote.

3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or are authorized to dispose of the equipment provided, that the information you give us is accurate, and that equipment is ready for collection at the agreed time. Hazardous items, including batteries, must be disclosed in advance.

4. Quotes and payment
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if quantities, equipment types or site conditions differ. Payment terms are stated on the quote. New customers may be asked for prepayment.

5. Transfer of title
Title to equipment passes to us or our partner when it is collected, except where otherwise agreed in writing. Equipment is destroyed or recycled and is not resold unless agreed in writing.

6. Documentation
We provide a Certificate of Destruction and, where applicable, serialized reports and a Certificate of Recycling after the work is completed.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Website use

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
